I was in a panic because my passport was just about to expire and my wife and I were planning to go to Ireland in a few weeks. I did call customer service about an error on the check I sent with the application. Kristie was very helpful and got me all straightened out and even called me back to check on my progress. I thought the service was fairly expensive but it's much better than cancelling my trip.

I received my passport exactly one week from the day I submitted my application. It was a seem less and worry free process. I highly recommend this company.
